Overview

The OGM-50 mechanical flowmeter is a 2″ oval-gear meter with a roller register that counts diesel, kerosene and paraffin with no battery and no wiring. It handles 30 to 300 L/min, so it keeps up with big transfer pumps and tanker offloading while staying completely independent of the grid.

Oval gears trap a fixed volume of fuel on each turn and drive the register directly, giving ±0.5% accuracy and repeatability of 0.03% or better. You get a resettable batch counter for each fill and a cumulative total for stock control. It is a good choice on remote sites, where an electronic display is one more thing to fail in the heat and dust.
