Description

Overview

This is a replacement hydraulic stack for DL3 vertical multistage pumps, the cartridge of impellers, stage chambers (diffusers) and shaft that builds the pressure. Sand, grit or running dry wears the impellers until the pump loses pressure and flow. A new stack restores factory performance for much less than a new pump, because the motor, base and outer sleeve are re-used.

Read the model on your pump nameplate, for example DL3-110. The number after the dash gives the stage count (-40 means 4 stages) and the stack must match it exactly. Not sure? Send us a photo of the nameplate and we will confirm the part. Compare it with a complete DL3-110 1.1 kW multistage pump or the DL3-100 0.75 kW multistage pump, or browse all multistage pumps.

Questions about this product

How do I choose the right DL3 stack?

Read the model on your pump nameplate, for example DL3-110. The number after the dash is the stage count, so -40 means 4 stages, and the stack must match your exact model. A stack with a different stage count will not fit the sleeve or give the right pressure. Send us a photo of the nameplate and we will confirm it.

Do I need a new mechanical seal with the stack?

We recommend replacing it at the same time. The seal is sold separately under code 95020136 and fits DL1, DL3 and DL5 pumps. Fitting a new seal while the pump is open costs little and avoids a second strip-down later.

Can I use this on a pump that is not a DL3?

No. This stack is made for the DL3 range only, from DL3-20 to DL3-270. If your pump is another model, send us the nameplate photo and we will tell you whether we can supply the part or whether a complete replacement pump makes more sense.

How fast can you deliver a stack to Gqeberha?
