Overview

This fuel dispenser hose is a 1″ retail-grade hose made for the pumps that fill cars, bakkies and trucks every day. A nitrile rubber tube carries petrol, ethanol blends up to E25 and diesel, a hardwall wire braid gives it a 16 bar working pressure, and a tough CPE cover handles being dragged across concrete. The braid also gives a path for static to drain away, which matters on petrol.

It costs more per metre than the 1″ commercial fuel hose, but that hose is for diesel only. Protect the dispenser with a ¾” breakaway without cover or a 1″ model, matched to your nozzle size, between hose and nozzle.

Delivery and warranty

Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces, normally within 1 to 3 days. Each metre ships at 0.8 kg, which falls in the up-to-30 kg band at R550.
