0.75 kW Self-Priming Pool Pump, Polypropylene Body, 230 V, 2.5 Bar

Description

Overview

The Speck BADU Porpoise 16 is a 0.75 kW self-priming pool pump with a polypropylene casing and internals. It is built for home swimming pools and can be installed 3 m above or below the water level, on a flat surface that will not flood in heavy rain.

The Porpoise range comes in three sizes. This 0.75kw self-priming pool pump is the middle one, between the 0.45 kW Porpoise 10 and the 1.1 kW Porpoise 22.

Key features

• Casing and internal parts in polypropylene
• Plastic components that are fully recyclable
• Carbon-to-ceramic mechanical seal
• Stainless steel shaft with the Fasco motor, motor speed about 2840 rpm
• Total electric separation
• Two-part screw-on lid for easy servicing
• Factory tested, maximum casing pressure 2.5 bar, water up to 60 degrees Celsius

Where it works

It suits family pools, guest-house pools and small commercial pools across Gauteng, Limpopo and the Eastern Cape, as well as koi ponds that need strong circulation. The simple design keeps servicing quick for pool technicians. Pair it with a 3-bag filter such as the Superflo Q120. For lower electricity use, look at the 0.75 kW variable speed Eco VSD Pro 20. Every size is in our pool and pond pumps category. Send us your pool volume and we will confirm the right pump.
