Unitwist Stop Tap CXC 22mm, T-Handle Shut-Off Valve

Description

Overview

The Unitwist Stop Tap CXC 22mm is a shut-off valve that isolates a 22mm water line, so you can repair, service or close off one section without draining the whole system. It connects to the Unitwist system, turns with an easy T-handle and suits residential, agricultural and commercial plumbing. Kamano delivers it nationwide from Polokwane.

Fit one at a tank outlet, at the start of an irrigation branch or ahead of a geyser, and a leaking joint becomes a two-minute job instead of an emergency. The body is built for long service and resists wear and corrosion, indoors or outside. It is compact enough for tight cupboards and pump sheds, and the secure Unitwist connection makes installation quick. This listing is the 22mm size, model UT2000B-1. If your line is 15mm, choose the 15mm stop tap instead.

Where it works

A stop tap earns its place wherever water has to be controlled. On Limpopo and Free State farms it sits on tank connections and irrigation branches, so one block can be shut down while the rest keeps running. Contractors in Gauteng fit it on maintenance runs and commercial water networks, and homeowners use it to isolate a bathroom or garden line. It also suits agricultural water distribution and general plumbing and maintenance projects. Build the line with Unitwist Monogold 100 m x 22mm pipe or the shorter 6 m length of 22mm pipe, and browse the full pipe fittings range for couplers and elbows.
