SP46-14 6″ Borehole Pump, 22 kW, 188 m Max Head

Description

Overview

The SP46-14 (also listed as VP48A-14) is a 14-stage stainless steel multistage submersible pump for 6 inch boreholes, built around a 22 kW motor. It lifts water up to 188 m and moves up to 66 m³/h, and it gives 36 m³/h (36 000 litres per hour) at 140 m head. The SP46 range is rated at about 46 m³/h nominal flow and suits deeper boreholes where the water level sits well below surface.

Key features

• Stainless steel multistage pump end, 14 stages
• 22 kW three-phase motor, 380 V or 525 V by option
• Duty points: 172 m at 18 m³/h, 140 m at 36 m³/h, 97 m at 54 m³/h
• 6 inch diameter, needs a borehole of at least 150 mm internal diameter

Options

4 configurations, prices VAT incl.

• 380V set + oil-filled motor + 30A controller (R 36,160): SP46-14 pump end + 22kW 380V three-phase oil-filled 6″ motor + 30A intelligent pump controller.
• 380V set + water-filled motor + 30A controller (R 36,304): SP46-14 pump end + 22kW 380V three-phase water-filled 6″ motor + 30A intelligent pump controller.
• 525V set: pump + water-filled motor (no starter) (R 52,640): SP46-14 pump end + 22kW 525V three-phase water-filled 6″ motor (starter panel/VSD not included).
• Pump end only (no motor) (R 11,608): SP46-14 pump end (wet end) only, to replace a worn pump end on an existing 22kW 6″ motor.

Oil-filled motors are sealed, rated 25 bar. Water-filled motors are rated 35 bar and can usually be rewound. 525 V sets have no starter, so fit a suitable panel or VSD.
