Overview

This 5.5 kW (7.5 HP), 380 V three-phase motor in frame 132S is the drive end for DL vertical multistage pumps in the DL8, DL12, DL16, DL20, DL32, DL45, DL64 and DL90 families. The DL pump ends are sold without a motor, so you need one to complete a new pump or to replace a burnt-out motor.

It uses a 132S frame with a B3/B5 foot and flange mount (F132S B3-B5), so it can be fixed by its feet or by its flange. The 2-pole winding turns at about 2900 rpm on a 50 Hz supply.

380 V three-phase is the common supply on farms and industrial sites. It needs a three-phase supply, so a house or small farm on 220 V single-phase will need a different motor.
