Series 2 Multiport Valve, 6 Positions, White, Complete

Description

Overview

This white Series 2 multiport valve is the complete replacement valve for Series 2 sand filters, including the Superflo Q-range. It has six positions: filter, backwash, rinse, waste, recirculate and closed, so one handle controls every stage of the filter cycle. The wagon-wheel gasket and the diffuser are built in, and the large handle makes it easy to turn. Other filter parts sit in our pool, pond and spa equipment range.

Key features

• Six positions: filter, backwash, rinse, waste, recirculate and closed
• Built-in wagon-wheel gasket and diffuser
• Large handle for easy operation
• O-ring-sealed pressure gauge plug
• Complete valve, so you are not hunting for separate parts

Where it works

Pool owners and service technicians replace the valve when the handle cracks, the spider gasket leaks or the valve starts weeping between positions. It is common on residential pools in Gauteng, the Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal. Note that it fits Series 2 filters only. It does not swap with the older valves or with other brands, so check your filter before ordering. Not sure? Send us your pool size in litres and your pump size and we will confirm the right one. Match it with a 0.75 kW Swimflo 2 pool pump, and keep a shaft seal for the pump on the shelf.
