Overview

A pressure vacuum vent keeps a fuel storage tank closed until pressure or vacuum builds to a set point, then opens to let the tank balance itself. This one is set at 8 oz pressure and 5 oz vacuum, with a 2 inch BSPT female connection and an aluminium body. Compared with an open vent, it holds vapour in the tank under normal conditions and still protects the tank when filling or drawing off. Choose it where your site wants the tank sealed between operations, and the open atmospheric version where a simple breather is enough.
