Overview

This 50mm float valve is a plastic, high capacity valve that controls the water level in large tanks and reservoirs. When the level drops, the float lowers and the valve opens. When the tank is full, the float rises and shuts the valve, so the tank neither runs dry nor overflows. Where it works

A 50mm float valve suits large farm storage tanks, irrigation holding dams and reservoirs fed from a borehole or canal line, common across Limpopo, the Free State and the Western Cape. Municipal and commercial sites use it on rooftop tanks, depot water tanks and mine site storage. It also works in rainwater harvesting systems where a bigger inlet keeps pace with demand. Delivery is charged by total order weight (up to 30 kg R550, 30 to 60 kg R950, 60 to 100 kg R1,450, over 100 kg on quotation) and is free on orders of R20,000 or more, VAT incl.
