Description

Overview

The OGM-50 pulse output flowmeter is a 2″ oval-gear meter that sends a pulse signal instead of showing a local reading. It feeds a remote display, a PLC or a fuel management system at flows of 30 to 300 L/min, so you can log high-volume fuel movements without reading a dial.

Positive displacement oval gears deliver ±0.5% accuracy with repeatability of 0.03% or better, and the pulser gives a reed or Hall switch output. Your controller counts the pulses and converts them to litres. The pulses-per-litre figure and pulser supply details are not on our data sheet, so ask us before you size the receiving equipment and we will confirm them.

Can I read litres directly on this meter?

No. It has no local display and sends pulses to a remote display, controller or PLC. If you want a reading at the meter, choose the electronic or mechanical OGM-50 instead.

Any counter, PLC or fuel management unit that accepts a reed or Hall switch pulse. We do not publish the pulses per litre here, so ask us and we will confirm before you order.
