Overview

The OGM-40 mechanical flowmeter is a 1.5″ oval-gear meter that counts diesel, biodiesel, kerosene and paraffin through a roller register, with no battery and no electrics. If your bowser, tank stand or fuel bay is out in the veld and load-shedding is a fact of life, this is the meter that keeps counting.

Two rotating oval gears trap a fixed volume of fuel on every turn, and the register shows it on a resettable batch counter and a cumulative total. Accuracy is ±0.5% with repeatability of 0.03% or better, which is good enough for stock control and for checking drivers against the dip. For trade use, calibrate it on site against a proven measure.
