The ETM-80 is the highest-output frame-mounted dispensing kit in this group: a 750 W, 220V DYB80 pump moving 70 to 80 litres a minute, with an OGM25 mechanical flowmeter, a 19 mm automatic nozzle and a GL3 filter. It turns a bulk tank into a proper metered fuel point. A 750w fuel dispensing kit of this kind is built for sites that fuel many machines a day.

Where it works

Large grain and sugar farms in the Free State, KZN and Mpumalanga use kits like this at a bulk tank that serves a whole fleet at harvest. Transport depots in Gauteng meter fuel issued to trucks. Quarries and mine workshops add one to a diesel store. A generator of 2 kVA or more keeps it running through load-shedding. Diesel and paraffin only.

Questions about this product

How many vehicles can this kit serve in a day?

At 70 to 80 litres a minute, one 300 litre tractor tank fills in about four minutes. That makes the kit suitable for a busy farm fuel point or a small depot. Hose length, a dirty GL3 filter and tank level affect real flow.

Is the meter digital or mechanical?

Mechanical. The OGM25 is a mechanical flowmeter rated for 20 to 120 L/min at plus or minus 0.5 percent. It has no electronics, so it keeps working without batteries, though you will need to read and record the totals by hand.

Can it run on a generator?

Yes. A generator of 2 kVA or more is a safe match for the 750 W motor. Use an earthed lead, let the generator reach full speed before switching on, and keep it well clear of the fuel tank and any spills.

What does delivery cost for the kit?
