Overview

This electric egg layer brick machine moulds a set of bricks, sets them down on a concrete slab, then rolls forward to lay the next set. It comes with one mould already fitted and a single 220 V vibrator that packs the mix before release.

The main saving is pallets. A static machine needs a board under every drop, while an egg-layer leaves the bricks where they will cure. That cuts start-up cost and handling. If you want more compaction for denser blocks, the power electric egg-layer with two vibrators is the heavier option.

How big must my slab be?

Plan for more slab than you think. Bricks stay where they are laid until they can be stacked, usually after a few days of curing, so the slab must hold at least two to three days of output. A level, smooth surface gives square bricks; bumps and cracks show up in every unit.
