When should I fit new vanes to my DYB-80?

Fit them when flow drops, the pump struggles to self-prime or you hear air whine from the pump head. First rule out a blocked strainer, a loose suction fitting or a cracked hose, because those cause the same symptoms and cost nothing to fix.

Will it also fit the DYB-60 or DYB-70?

No. This kit carries code S/A-DYB80 and is made for the DYB80 pump. The DYB60 and DYB70 pumps have their own kits, which we list separately. Check your model plate before ordering, or send us the details and we will confirm.

Does the kit include the O-rings?

Yes. The set contains vanes, O-rings and seals, so you can rebuild the pump head in one job. Always replace the O-rings when you open the pump, because old ones flatten and let air in, which makes priming difficult.
