Overview

The DTP-110 fuel transfer pump is a 220V AC sliding-vane unit rated 90 to 110 L/min. Its 750 W motor draws 4 A at 1790 rpm and drives a cast-iron pump with 1″ ports and a 3 m suction lift.

The built-in bypass valve opens at 2.5 to 3 bar to protect the pump if the line is closed, and the motor is IP55 rated. It is a pump only, so add your own meter, hose and nozzle, or look at the Diesel Kit C, 220V, 60 L/min for a complete kit. The DTP-60 220V fuel transfer pump is a smaller 220V option. Where it works

Large farms in the Free State and Limpopo use a 110 L/min pump to refill tractors and planters in minutes, and haulage depots in Gauteng and KZN use it to turn trucks around quickly. Mine yards in Mpumalanga fit it to bulk tanks. A dtp-110 fuel transfer pump needs a mains point or a generator. A dtp-110 220v pump is a bare pump, so plan the meter, hoses and nozzle separately. Fit a strainer on the suction side, set the bypass for your pressure, and mount it on a stable base close to the tank.
