Overview

Diesel Kit B 12V is a complete diesel transfer set. It combines a DC40 12V pump (155 W, 40 L/min), an FM120L mechanical flowmeter, a 3/4″ automatic swivel nozzle, a 4 m delivery hose, a 2 m clear suction hose and a 30 micron water-trap filter with housing.

The FM120L meter reads 20 to 120 L/min with ±1% accuracy and has 1″ BSP connections. The filter traps water and dirt before the fuel reaches the meter and your engine. If you want more flow, the Diesel Kit D, 12V, 70 L/min steps up to 70 L/min on 12V, and the ETM-40 12V fuel pump kit is the ETM-40 alternative. More kits are in our fuel transfer pumps range.

Where it works

Farmers in the Free State and Limpopo fit this kit to a tank on a stand, so tractors and bakkies fuel from clean, filtered diesel. Contractors in Gauteng and KZN mount it on a flatbed tank. Mine service crews in Mpumalanga use it on small bowsers. Running off a battery, it keeps working during load-shedding.
