15 mm Compact PVC Ball Valve, BSP Threaded, 16 bar

Description

Overview

This 15 mm compact PVC ball valve gives you quick on/off control on small water lines. It has BSP threads, a light plastic body and a quarter-turn handle, so it fits taps, tank outlets, filter housings and pump connections without fuss. The maximum pressure is 16 bar.

It is the smallest of our threaded compact ball valves, so you can match valves across a whole installation. At 15 mm it suits drip lines, garden supply, header tanks and appliances that need an isolation point for maintenance.

Key features

• 15 mm BSP threaded connections
• Compact PVC body
• Quarter-turn operation, open or closed
• Maximum pressure 16 bar
• Lightweight and corrosion free

• Product code 6009507865505

Where it works

Typical uses include irrigation take-offs on Limpopo and KwaZulu-Natal farms, water tank outlets, pool and pond plumbing, and pump installations. In a workshop it isolates a hose point so you can service the tap behind it. Wrap the thread with PTFE thread seal tape before screwing it in, and do not overtighten a plastic thread. For larger lines see the 20 mm compact ball valve, or browse pipe fittings.
