Overview
This is a wall-mounted 3-stage water filtration system built from three 20 inch slim filter housings on one strong frame, supplied with all three cartridges fitted. Water passes through a 5 micron sediment filter, a granular activated carbon filter and an activated carbon block filter, which reduces sediment, chlorine, bad taste and odour. Where it works
Fit it on the supply from a rainwater tank in the Western Cape or KZN, on borehole water in Limpopo, or on a farmhouse or small office line in Gauteng. The sediment stage protects the carbon stages, so water arrives clearer and tastes better. It is a sediment and carbon system only. Where bacteria may be present, add a correctly specified UV disinfection stage. The Big Blue 20 inch set of 3 in a frame is a larger-housing alternative.

Delivery and warranty
Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, including Cape Town, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, George, Johannesburg and Mbombela. Delivery is charged by total order weight: up to 30 kg R550, 30 to 60 kg R950, 60 to 100 kg R1,450, and over 100 kg on quotation. Orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.) are delivered free. Questions about this product
Does this filter make borehole or rainwater safe to drink?
It reduces sediment, chlorine, taste and odour, but it is not a stand-alone disinfection system. If bacteria may be present in borehole or rainwater, add a correctly specified UV stage after the filters. Have the water tested if you are unsure.
Are the cartridges included?
Yes. The 5 micron sediment, GAC and carbon block cartridges are all fitted in the housings. When they need replacing, buy replacement cartridges separately, such as our 20 inch slim carbon block.
Do you deliver to George and Pietermaritzburg?
Yes. We deliver with our own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days. At about 9 kg this system falls in the up to 30 kg band, so delivery is R550. Orders of R20,000 or more are delivered free.
When should I replace the cartridges?
Life depends on your water quality and how much you use. Replace a cartridge when flow drops or the chlorine taste and odour return. Sediment-heavy borehole water will clog the first stage sooner.
