Overview

The 1,500 L vertical decant tank (model code DV1500W) is a water tank that sits on a pallet so the outlet can be set low and the tank drains almost completely, up to 99% of its contents. That means less water stuck at the bottom, easier cleaning and more usable volume from every fill. It is made from food-grade virgin LLDPE with a black inner liner against algae, and is 1270 mm in diameter.

The overall height is 1865 mm including the pallet. The tank and pallet arrive as two separate sections, so set and level the pallet first, then lift the tank onto it. Where it works

The pallet raises the outlet, so gravity feeds a pump or a trough without any trapped dead volume. Farms in the Free State use it beside boreholes, and growers in the Western Cape use it to dose and flush. It is also handy on a workshop wash line in Gauteng.
