The 6000 L underground water tank buries a serious reserve, 2120 mm across and 1885 mm high, under a lawn, yard or orchard. Its thick LLDPE wall is engineered to withstand soil pressure, keeps roots and animals out, and does not biodegrade underground. It stores drinking water or grey water away from sun and algae. Where it works

It suits guest lodges and game farms in Limpopo, packhouses in Mpumalanga, schools and clinics, and Gauteng estates that harvest roof water. Buried storage also stays cooler through a Highveld summer. For a smaller hole choose the 4000 L underground tank; for a bigger reserve, the 12500 L underground tank.

Use a qualified builder or plumber. Test for groundwater or clay soils before you dig, fit a breather so the tank cannot collapse when pumped out, and keep vehicles and heavy loads off the ground above. It is not a septic tank.
