10 000 L Low Profile Water Tank, 2550 mm Dia x 2180 mm High

Description

Overview

This 10 000 L low profile water tank holds the same volume as a tall tank but stands only 2180 mm high on a wide 2550 mm base, which helps where roof lines, power lines or planning rules limit height. It is rotationally moulded in food-grade LLDPE, with a black inner liner against algae, and it comes with a leaf catcher as standard. Compare other water tanks in the range.

Key features

• Low 2180 mm height with a wide 2550 mm base
• Leaf catcher supplied with the tank
• Food-grade, UV resistant, BPA free LLDPE in green
• Black inner liner limits algae growth
• Ribbed wall for strength
• 40 mm red inlet and 40 mm red outlet connectors, sealed
• 450 mm child-safe lid

Where it works

A low profile tank suits rainwater harvesting off wide shed or warehouse roofs, factory fire-water and process buffering in Gauteng and Mpumalanga, and livestock or irrigation water on Free State farms where a tall tank would be exposed to wind. It sits close to the pipework that feeds it. For a smaller volume see the JoJo 5,500 L vertical tank; for more, the JoJo 20,000 L vertical tank.

Plan the base: a 2550 mm tank needs a wide, level, well-prepared pad. It is for above-ground stationary storage only, and should be secured once full. Tank stands are separate and installation is not included.
