1,300 L Open-Top Bin with Lid, 1120 mm Diameter, LLDPE

Description

Overview

The 1,300 L open-top bin with lid is a tall, round storage bin, 1120 mm across and 1260 mm high (1340 mm with the lid on), and weighs 40 kg. It packs a lot of volume into a small footprint.

The narrower base takes less floor space than the wide 1,300 L open-top bin, and the fitted lid protects the contents from rain and dust. It is moulded from virgin LLDPE that is UV-resistant and BPA-free. For a lid-free, low version see the 1,300 L open-top bin, or browse the bins and troughs range.

Where it works

Stock farms in the Free State and Eastern Cape use this size for feed and supplements, and food processors and packhouses use it to hold ingredients and produce. Its height suits loading from a platform or a bakkie bed.

Prepare a level base and keep it stationary. It is for above-ground use only.

Treat it as a stationary bin. Stand it on flat, firm ground, rinse it before first use and keep the lid on outside. When filled with water, 1300 litres adds about 1300 kg to the 40 kg bin, so empty it before it is moved.
