Unitwist Male Elbow 22mm x 3/4 inch, UT2021B

Description

Overview

The Unitwist 22mm x 3/4 inch male elbow (code UT2021B) is the bend you use on the heavier 22mm feeder line when it has to finish in a 3/4 inch male thread. A 22mm run carries more flow than 15mm, so this is the fitting for main lines to a tank, a pump set or a manifold rather than final tap connections. The pipe end is a push-fit and compression joint that needs no glue or special tools. Find it and the matching pipe in our pipe fittings range, delivered from Polokwane.

The body is PPR plastic and the Unitwist system is SABS approved for hot and cold water. Use it with Unitwist Monogold 22mm pipe.

Key features

• 22mm pipe end, compression and push-fit (CXMI type)
• 3/4 inch male thread outlet
• PPR plastic, light and corrosion free
• Handles hot and cold water
• Installs without special tools
• Matches Unitwist Monogold 22mm pipe

Where it works

Typical uses are tank-to-pump suction and delivery lines on farms around Polokwane and Tzaneen, main feeds to a house or workshop, and plumbing in the Western Cape wine estates where long 22mm runs are common. It pairs with the 6 metre length of 22mm pipe for short jobs, or the 15mm x 22mm reducing coupler when you step down to smaller branches. Check your port is 3/4 inch before ordering.
