Overview

This 0.75 kW three-phase submersible pump has 15.5 m of head and up to 20 m3/h through a 50 mm outlet, for deeper pits and longer hose runs.

It delivers up to 20 m3/h (333 L/min), with 15.5 m of maximum head and a duty point of 20 m3/h at 8.2 m. The 380 V to 415 V three-phase motor suits sites with a three-phase supply. Wire it through a motor starter with overload protection and check the direction of rotation before you put it in service. The cast-iron body and open-vane impeller are designed for screened sewage and dewatering, and the removable suction screen keeps larger debris out.

Where it works

It suits mine sumps and plant pits in Limpopo and Mpumalanga, deep farm sumps with a three-phase supply, and contractors dewatering excavations on large sites. Choose it over the smaller pumps when the vertical lift is the problem rather than the volume. Step down to the 0.55 kW 380 V pump, or use the 0.75 kW 220 V version on single-phase power. It suits small to mid-size jobs. At its duty point of 20 m3/h at 8.2 m it clears a pit steadily, and the maximum head is 15.5 m, so keep the vertical lift and hose run well inside that figure. If you need more volume or more lift, step up to a larger pump in the same range.

Do I need a starter for the 0.75 kW three-phase pump?

Yes. Run it through a motor starter with overload protection, wired by a qualified electrician, and check the direction of rotation before you submerge it. It needs a 380 V to 415 V three-phase supply, so if you only have single-phase power choose the 220 V version instead.
