This kit is the wear set for the DTP60 sliding-vane transfer pump: fresh vanes plus the O-rings and seals you need to put the pump back into service. When a diesel pump slows down or loses its prime, worn vanes are the usual cause, and a dtp60 vane repair kit is a far cheaper fix than a new pump.

Where it works

How do I know the vanes in my DTP60 are worn?

Look for falling flow, a pump that struggles to self-prime, or an air whine from the pump head. Those are the usual signs of worn vanes. Fitting a fresh set normally brings back the original performance, but also check the inlet strainer and suction hose for blockages and leaks first.

Will this kit fit my DYB or DC pump?

No. This kit is made for the DTP60 and carries model code S/A-DTP60. Other pump models use different vane sets, and we list those separately. Check the model plate on your pump, then pick the kit with the matching code. If you are unsure, send us the plate details and we will confirm.

Do I need special tools to change the vanes?

Basic workshop tools are enough: spanners or sockets for the end cover, a clean bench and a little fuel-compatible grease. Mark the rotor direction before you strip it, fit the vanes the same way round, and replace the O-rings so the cover seals properly when you close the pump.

What does delivery cost for the repair kit?
