Overview

The DL45-70 is a vertical multistage centrifugal pump that delivers up to 55 m³/h with a maximum head of 166 m, rated for a 30 kW three-phase motor. It is built for the heavy end of pressure work: tall buildings, steep irrigation lifts and long process mains. This listing is the pump wet end only, and the motor is bought separately.

The DL45-70-2 uses the same 30 kW rating with 158 m of head, and the DL45-80 goes to 190 m. Every size is listed under vertical multistage pumps.

Where it works

Typical duties include high-rise building water supply, industrial process water, large-scale agricultural irrigation, mine dewatering support and fire-protection backup systems. On the Mpumalanga coalfields it can serve surface process circuits, in the Western Cape it can lift water to high orchard blocks, and in Gauteng it can run a tower booster set. A 30 kW motor draws serious current, so have the supply and starter checked first.
