Overview

The Cube-Smart 220V kit is a metered diesel dispenser for mains power. A DTP60 vane pump of 370 W, a K-600-P pulser meter, a 3/4″ automatic nozzle, a 2.5 m suction hose and a 4 m delivery hose come together in one cube housing, giving 45 L/min.

The meter shows an 8-digit totaliser and a 5-digit unit price, with ±0.5% accuracy and 0.3% repeatability. The pump is self-priming with 3 m suction lift and 10 m head. Mine yards in Mpumalanga fit it to a bunded tank, and municipal depots use the meter to track fuel by vehicle. It handles diesel and paraffin, not petrol. Mount the cube on a flat base near the tank, run the suction hose in a straight line, and the pump will prime quickly and settle at its rated flow.
