Description
Overview
This AdBlue hand pump is a manual lever pump that draws AdBlue straight out of a drum and delivers about 330 ml with every stroke. It needs no power at all, so it works in a shed, on a bakkie load bed or anywhere an electric pump would be a nuisance.
The suction tube is polypropylene and telescopes from 400 to 915 mm, which lets it reach the bottom of a 25 L container or a full 210 L drum. For heavier use, step up to the 220V chemical transfer pump or the 12V option, the 12V chemical transfer pump. More choices sit in our chemical handling equipment range.

- Drum is not included, the pump fits your own container
Where it works
A hand pump earns its place where power is unreliable or the volumes are small. Farmers in the Karoo and Limpopo use them for the odd tractor top-up, and small transport operators in Gauteng keep one in the workshop for service vehicles. It also makes a sound backup when load-shedding stops the electric pump, and it suits mine service bays that decant AdBlue into small dispensers.
Store the pump upright in the drum with the tube tip clear of the bottom sludge, and rinse it with clean water before any long storage.

Questions about this product
How many strokes does it take to fill a 20 L tank?
At roughly 330 ml per stroke you need about 60 strokes for 20 litres, so around three strokes per litre. It suits top-ups and small jobs. If you fill several vehicles a day, an electric AdBlue pump saves your arm and a lot of time.
Does this hand pump come with a drum?
No. This is the pump and suction tube only. The tube telescopes from 400 to 915 mm, so it fits most 25 L containers up to a standard 210 L drum. Tell us your container size if you are unsure it will reach the bottom.
