Overview

This 800 L combo gives a small property the full treatment: storage, filtering, UV and smart pressure boosting. The RUC-750 is a 0.75 kW variable-speed pump with a pressure transducer, constant-pressure control and WiFi monitoring, reaching 55 m of head at up to 5.5 m³/h. The tank is a slim vertical LLDPE unit, 730 mm across and 1950 mm high. A 55 W UV-C light and a triple 20-inch filter frame complete the set. It is a smart 800l tank with VSD pump, UV light and filters at a lower price than the steel-body alternative.

Questions about this product

Is the RUC-750 too powerful for an 800 L tank?

No. Its variable speed matches the pump output to the demand, so a few taps will not make it work hard. Just make sure the tank is refilled steadily, because 5.5 m³/h can empty 800 L in under ten minutes of continuous heavy draw.

What protections does the pump have?

The pump protects itself against dry running, over-current, overload, over and under voltage and abnormal pressure. That matters with a small tank, where a blocked float valve or a cut supply can leave the pump with no water. It stops rather than burning out.
