Overview

This 2500 L tank combo stores water, filters it, treats it with UV light and boosts the pressure, all from one kit. The tank is a vertical 2500 litre rotationally moulded LLDPE unit, 1400 mm across and 1750 mm high. The pump is a 0.75 kW smart variable-speed booster that holds constant pressure and accepts a solar supply as well as the grid. Add the in-tank UV-C light and the triple 20-inch filter frame and you have a complete household system for rainwater or a municipal feed.

The kit comes with a tank in Green, Grey or Tan. Every colour includes the same pump, UV light, filters and fittings and costs R 14,044 (VAT incl.).

Delivery and warranty

Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Mbombela, Rustenburg, Bloemfontein and Durban. The packed kit weighs about 73 kg, which falls in the 60 to 100 kg band at R1,450. Orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.) are delivered free. Tank warranty: 1 to 2 years, depending on the model.
