Overview

This 5000 L combo has the most powerful smart pump in the range. The RUC-1100 is a 1.1 kW variable-speed booster giving up to 10.5 m³/h and 60 m of head, with constant-pressure control and WiFi monitoring. It sits beside a vertical LLDPE tank 1800 mm across and 2150 mm high, a 55 W submersible UV-C light and a triple 20-inch filter frame. The pump speeds up and slows down with demand, so taps, irrigation zones and troughs can run together. It is the top 5000l tank with 1.1kw smart VSD pump, UV light and filters we list.

The tank comes in Green, Grey or Tan. The pump, UV light and filters do not change, and each colour is R 20,158 (VAT incl.).

Where it works

With 60 m of head and 175 L/min peak flow this suits livestock watering systems, garden and landscape irrigation, commercial buildings and farm houses. A Western Cape wine farm can run a dripper block and the cellar tap from it; a Free State dairy can serve the parlour. UV works best behind filtration, and heavy daily use may need extra UV capacity. The kit ships at about 110 kg, which is over 100 kg, so delivery is on quotation. Orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.) are delivered free, and this kit qualifies. Questions about this product

Can this pump run an irrigation system and the house together?

Yes. At up to 10.5 m³/h, about 175 L/min, and 60 m of head, with automatic speed adjustment, it can serve taps and irrigation zones at the same time. Add up the flow of your emitters and fixtures first, and keep the total under the pump's maximum.

Does it need a special electrical supply?

It runs on 220 V single-phase, but 1.1 kW draws more current than the smaller pumps, so check your supply and cable. The pump is solar compatible, though a solar setup must cover its peak load. Tell us your system and we will advise before you order.

How long to deliver to Bloemfontein?

Our own trucks reach Bloemfontein in 1 to 3 days from Polokwane. The kit ships at about 110 kg, which is over 100 kg, so the delivery cost is on quotation. Orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.) are delivered free, and this kit is above that.
