600 L Septic Tank Combo with 300 L Soak Away, 1 to 4 People

Description

Overview

This 600 L septic tank combo is the smallest set in the range, built for one to four people. It includes the 600 L tank, a 300 L inspection chamber, a 300 L soak away chamber, a 6 m length of 110 mm drilled pipe and a starter tablet. That makes it a sensible choice for a granny flat, a weekend cottage or a single staff room. Installation is not included.

The tank is rotationally moulded from linear low-density polyethylene, UV resistant, and designed to be buried. It has child safety lids and keeps roots and rodents out. If you need more capacity, the 1000 L combo is the next step, and the septic tank range goes much larger.

Where it works

A compact tank like this suits a bush cottage in Limpopo, a lodge chalet in Mpumalanga, a caretaker’s room on a Free State farm or a small office on a plot with no sewer. The maker recommends a qualified builder or plumber install it. Test for groundwater and clay first, and keep the unit out of any area where vehicles can drive.
