Overview

This 50mm composite hose is a 2″ petroleum transfer hose with swage nipples fitted on both ends. It carries diesel, petrol and oils between a transfer pump, tank and bowser at much higher flow than a 1″ rubber line, while staying lighter and easier to coil. The swage nipple ends let you fit camlocks, valves or adaptors to suit your pump.

Our supplier’s specification lists this assembly at 6 m, so that is the length we quote; confirm the length with us before ordering if you need exactly 10 m. For bigger tanker offloading, step up to the 100 mm composite hose with Barret coupling, and join hoses with a fuel hose connector.

Where it works

A 50mm composite hose suits 2″ diesel transfer pumps on farms in the Free State and North West, bulk tanks at construction camps, and small depots filling bowsers.
