Where it works

A PTO vane pump is only as good as its hose. On a farm bowser in the Free State or a tanker unloading in Limpopo, a steel helix stops the hose collapsing under suction. Order the length you need, plus a spare for fittings. Pair it with a YB-50 or SUB40 pump from the range below. Related kit: YB-50 PTO Vane Pump, Single Shaft and YB-50 PTO Vane Pump, Double Shaft. Freight is set by the combined weight of your order. This item sits in the up to 30 kg band at R550, and extra parts added to the same order only raise the fee if they push the total into the next band. Send us your site address and we will confirm the exact delivery charge before you pay.

Questions about this product

How is this hose sold?

It is sold per metre, with a 40 m roll available. Order the exact length you need and tell us about the fittings you plan to use, because couplings are not included. A 40 m roll weighs about 50 kg, so freight is calculated on the full order weight.

Can I use it with diesel?

The inner tube is NBR, a nitrile rubber widely used for fuels and oils, and the hose includes anti-static wire. Confirm the exact fluid and temperature with us before ordering, particularly for petrol or aggressive chemicals, so we can match the hose to your duty.

How much is delivery to Tzaneen for a few metres of hose?

Delivery is priced on total order weight. This hose weighs about 1.3 kg per metre shipped, so a 10 m length is around 13 kg and falls in the up to 30 kg band at R550, bundled with anything else in the order. Orders of R20,000 or more VAT incl. ship free, from Polokwane in 1 to 3 days.
