Overview

This 360 nozzle swivel is a fully rotating joint that fits between a 3/4″ delivery hose and a fuel nozzle. The body turns through a full circle, so the nozzle can be pointed any way without the hose twisting or kinking. Its flow path is shaped for smooth, laminar flow, which keeps pressure loss low.

It has 3/4″ BSP threads, the common local standard, with male on one end and female on the other. A 1″ BSP version is also available; ask us for it. For a simpler fixed-axis swivel, see the full-size 3/4″ x 3/4″ swivel or the full-size 3/4″ x 1″ reducing swivel.

Where it works

Fit a 360 nozzle swivel on busy forecourt dispensers, fleet depot pumps and farm tanks where nozzles are used dozens of times a shift. It is especially useful where vehicles pull up on either side of a pump island, common at transport yards in Gauteng and at sugar mills in KZN.
