Overview

This 3/4 nozzle swivel sits between a 3/4″ delivery hose and a 3/4″ fuel nozzle so the nozzle can turn without winding the hose up. Both ends are the same size, so it fits into an existing line without reducers.

It is the full-size body in our swivel range. On 1″ hose use the full-size 3/4″ x 1″ reducing swivel instead, and on 1″ nozzles the full-size 1″ x 1″ swivel. Pick the one that matches the threads already on your pump.

Where it works

The 3/4 nozzle swivel suits 12V and 230V transfer pumps on farm diesel tanks, bakkie bowsers and generator refuelling points that keep sites running through load-shedding. It is common on smaller dispensers at fleet depots in Gauteng and on contractor fuel trailers in the Western Cape. When you fit it, wrap the male thread with fuel-resistant tape, hold the swivel body with one spanner while you tighten the hose with another, then run the pump and check the joint for weeps before the first fill.
