Overview

This 150mm duckfoot bend assembly is the fixed base that a guide-rail pump sits on, and it also carries the flange connector to your discharge pipe. It is made for the B&C range and comes as a set with the duckfoot bend, a guide hook, a flange connector and the hex bolts and spring washers that fasten them. Guide rails are not included. More sizes sit in our pump spares and accessories.

At 150mm it is the second-largest in the range, so check your discharge size before ordering.

Where it works

Use it for high-flow sumps where a submersible pump is lowered on guide rails onto a fixed discharge base. Pump stations on Gauteng municipal schemes, mine dewatering sumps in Mpumalanga and the Free State, and farm effluent wet wells all use this kind of base. Size it to your discharge line, then add rails of the right length from your pump supplier. The smaller 100mm duckfoot assembly suits lower flows. The largest size is the 200mm duckfoot assembly.
