Overview

This combo pairs a 1400 L vertical tank with a 0.75 kW, 220 V HMS750 speed pump that holds constant pressure at up to 83.3 L/min and 4.7 bar. The pump starts and stops itself when water is used, so you do not need a pressure switch or a controller. You also get a large pump cover, a suction hose kit and a float valve kit. Choose the tank colour: Tan, Green or Grey. All three are R 12,792 (VAT incl.), and the contents are identical.

Where it works

A 1400 L tank with pressure suits a house that needs steady water through municipal cuts, a guest lodge, a small workshop or a garden irrigation system. The tank has a 40 mm red top inlet, a 40 mm red base outlet and a 180 mm lid. It is for above-ground stationary use, so check that the site suits its size and secure the tank once full. Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Welkom and Mbombela. The combo ships at about 55 kg, in the 30 to 60 kg delivery band. Orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.) are delivered free. Tank warranty: 1 to 2 years, depending on the model. Installation is not included.
