This combo is a 1400 L slim vertical tank with a solar-compatible RUC-750 smart VSD booster pump, a pump cover, a suction hose kit and a float valve kit. The pump gives constant pressure up to 5.5 m3/h and 55 m head, and you can monitor it from your phone. The slim design keeps the footprint small for yards and sites where space is tight. Where it works

This combo suits homes, gardens, small businesses and rainwater setups. Western Cape households catch winter rain in it, Gauteng and KZN homes keep water on tap through municipal outages, and small farms in Limpopo and the Eastern Cape use it for gardens and livestock. The tank has a 40 mm red top inlet, two 40 mm red base outlets and a 430 mm lid. It is for above-ground, stationary use; secure it once it is full. What is the difference between this and the HMS750 combo?

The tank is the same size. This combo has the RUC-750 smart VSD pump, which is solar compatible, runs up to 5.5 m3/h at 55 m head and connects to the Smart Life app. The HMS750 combo uses a 0.75 kW speed pump rated 83.3 L/min.

Can I control the pump from my phone?

Yes. The RUC-750 connects over WiFi to the Smart Life app, so you can monitor and control it from a smartphone. You need a WiFi signal at the pump location for that.
