Description

Overview

This is a complete replacement hydraulic stack, also called a pump cartridge, for DL5 vertical multistage pumps. The stack is the heart of the pump: the set of impellers, stage chambers (diffusers) and shaft that builds up the pressure. When sand, grit or dry running wear the impellers, the pump loses pressure and flow, and a new stack restores it for much less than the price of a new pump. The motor, base and outer sleeve are re-used.

• Covers DL5-20 (0.37 kW) up to DL5-260 (4 kW)
• Stack must match your pump’s stage count exactly, or it will not fit the sleeve or give the right pressure
• Mechanical seal is sold separately, and we recommend replacing it at the same time

Read the model on your pump nameplate, for example DL5-120. The number after the dash shows the stages, so -40 means 4 stages. Prices include VAT.
