Overview

A compression elbow changes the direction of HD polyethylene (HDPE) pipe by 90 degrees. Both ends are the same size, so the pipe size stays constant through the turn.

The compression design needs no heat, soldering or special equipment, and the internal rubber O-ring seals the joint when it is fitted correctly. It is polypropylene, rated PN16, and the maker states ISO 14236 / SANS 14236. Browse more in our pipe fittings range.

Where it works

Pipelines change direction around buildings, tanks, pumps and other obstacles, and this elbow does it in a compact space. Use it for domestic water supply, agricultural systems, irrigation networks, tank connections, pump installations, filtration systems and garden irrigation.
