Overview

This 1.5kW 4 inch borehole motor is an oil-filled submersible motor for 220 V three-phase supply, built to drive a matching Vega 4SD or 4ST pump end of the same power rating.

A 1.5 kW motor gives you more head for deeper boreholes and larger irrigation or stock water duties. Do not connect this motor straight to a 220 V single-phase plug. It must run from a variable speed drive (VSD) or a solar pump inverter, which turns single-phase or solar power into three-phase output.

It comes with a 2 m lead-out cable, so measure the run from the borehole head to your isolator before you order.
