Overview

This 800 L tank and pump combo is the compact way to store water and pressurise it for a small home, a garden or an office. A narrow vertical 800 L tank comes with a 0.75 kW (1 HP) end-suction centrifugal pump, a flow controller, a suction hose kit, a float valve kit and a pump cover. It is a good fit where a wide tank will not go.

The tank is rotationally moulded from food-grade, UV-resistant LLDPE with a black inner liner that limits algae growth. It measures only 730 mm across but stands 1950 mm high, and it weighs 25 kg empty. The pump delivers up to 120 L/min, a maximum pressure of 3.2 bar and a head of 32 m, with a suction lift of up to 7 m. That is enough for a single or double storey house.

Where it works

The slim tank suits a townhouse yard in Gauteng, a backyard flat in Durban, a holiday cottage in the Waterberg, or a garden shed that needs a water point. Two base outlets let you feed the house and the garden separately. Installation is not included. Can this pump feed a double-storey house?

Yes, it is rated for a single or double storey property. It reaches a head of 32 m and 120 L/min. For a long run, several bathrooms or a hilly site, ask us about a larger pump before you order.

How high can the pump lift water from the tank?

The maximum suction lift is 7 m. In this combo the pump sits next to the tank, so the lift is small. The 7 m figure matters if you later use the pump on a lower source.

Is delivery to Tzaneen or Mbombela expensive?
