Overview
This combo pairs a 5000 L vertical water tank (5 325 L maximum fill) with a 0.37 kW Econo booster pump kit so you can store water and pressurise it from one order. The pump is a 0.37 kW Econo peripheral booster. A flow-control switch starts it when a tap opens and stops it when flow stops, so nobody has to switch it on and off by hand. At 23 L/min it is built for one or two taps at a time, not for sprinklers or a full house running at once. The tank is rotomoulded LLDPE and ships empty, with the pump packed separately. The pump is rated for clean water up to 40 °C.

Questions about this product
Does the pump come with the tank?
Yes, the 5000 L tank and the 0.37 kW pump are sold together as one combo. The tank is delivered empty and the pump is packed separately. You still need to plumb the pump to the tank outlet and your house or garden pipework, and have the electrical connection done by a qualified electrician.
Can I run it during load-shedding?
The tank keeps water stored, so you can refill it when power is on and still have water in the tank during an outage. Running the 0.37 kW pump off an inverter needs one sized for the motor's start-up surge, which is well above the rated figure. Tell us the pump and we will advise.
Is the Econo pump strong enough for a shower and a kitchen tap together?
At 23 L/min and 30 m head, the Econo handles one shower or one or two taps well. A shower and a kitchen tap running at once is borderline, and a second bathroom on top of that will feel weak. If your household is large or you want sprinklers, step up to the monoblock or the variable-speed pump instead.
