Overview

This kit pairs a 220V 60 L/min diesel pump with a Piusi diesel water absorbing filter, mounted together on a steel wall plate with a 4 m outlet hose and manual nozzle. Fuel is pulled from your tank, passed through the cartridge to remove free water and dirt, then delivered clean to the machine.

Modern common-rail engines are very sensitive to water. Filtering at the point of dispensing is the cheapest insurance you can buy against injector repairs, and it costs far less than a single set of new injectors on a tractor or truck.

Where it works

Fleet depots, bus operators and municipal workshops fit a diesel water absorbing filter at the fuel point because one bad delivery can ground several vehicles. It is a good fit on humid KZN coastal sites, on Lowveld farms in summer rain, and at mines that store diesel in older tanks. Keep a spare cartridge on hand.
