Overview

The 10SP135/10 is a 10-inch stainless steel submersible pump end for deep, high-yield boreholes, delivering up to 313 m of head at shut-off and about 90 m3/h (90 000 litres per hour) at 253 m. It runs on a three-phase supply, 380 V or 525 V, and is supplied as the pump end only. The 8-inch 110 kW motor is quoted on request.

Where it works

This pump suits deep wellfields feeding a municipal scheme in the Free State, large pivot irrigation in the Northern Cape or mine dewatering on Mpumalanga collieries where head, not flow, is the challenge. Work out total head from pumping water level, height to the tank and about 10% for friction, then pick a pump whose head at your flow is higher. Confirm yield with your driller. A lower-head option is the 10SP135/4 at 45 kW, and the 10SP135/1 starts the range. All borehole pumps are listed online.

Delivery and warranty
