0.75 kW Spaflo Spa and Jacuzzi Pump, 230 V, Self-Draining

Description

Overview

The Spaflo 0.75 kW (code 530-2001) is a spa and jacuzzi pump with a 0.75 kW, 230 V single-phase, 50 Hz motor (a 71F frame). It is self-draining, so the water runs out of the pump when you switch it off, which helps protect it against freezing in winter. Use it with a sand filter for spa filtration and circulation. It is the smaller of the two Spaflo pumps we stock, and the full range of spa kit is in our pool, pond and spa equipment category.

Where it works

The pump suits home jacuzzis and small spas in Gauteng, Limpopo and the Free State, where winter nights drop below freezing and a self-draining pump is a real advantage. It also suits hotel and lodge plunge pools. Have a qualified electrician install and wire the pump, and run it from a protected supply. The single-pump spa DB box is made for this type of system, and the 1.1 kW Spaflo pump is the next size up if you need more flow. Not sure which size you need? Send us your pool size in litres and your pump size, and we will confirm the right one before you order.
