Description
Overview
This single IBC spill pallet has a dispensing area moulded into the base, so you can decant from the IBC tap on the same bund that holds the IBC. Spills and drips from filling containers go into the 1120 L sump, not onto the ground.
The platform is part of the base and there is no separate grid to lift out, which cuts down on cleaning. The design is stable under a loaded IBC, with a maximum load of 2000 kg.
Forklift pockets are built in, so you can position the pallet empty exactly where you want it before the IBC goes on.
Set it on a flat, hard surface, ideally under a roof so rain does not fill the sump. Check the sump after storms and empty it into a suitable container. Keep the dispensing area clear when the IBC is not in use so it is ready for the next fill, and wipe it down after each session.

What is the dispensing area for?
It is a recessed area on the pallet where you stand a container to fill it from the IBC tap. Drips and spills go into the sump, and not onto the ground. It saves buying a separate dispenser tray for the pallet.
Does it have a removable platform or grid?
No. This version has an integrated platform that is part of the base, so there is no loose grid to lift out. That makes cleaning simpler. If you want a removable platform, look at the single IBC spill pallet bund, which includes one.
