Overview
This lockable hardcovered single IBC spill unit is a weatherproof polyethylene cabinet that houses one IBC on a compact spill pallet. It keeps rain, dust and sunlight off the IBC, and the double swing doors lock with a three-point mechanism, so the contents are secure.
There is plenty of headroom inside for an IBC mixer, funnels and pumps. Door vents allow inspection and air circulation, and the roof sheds rainwater to the rear. A 2 L drip tray is built into the platform.
The unit ships flat-packed and assembles easily on site. At 221 kg net it is the heaviest item in this range, so plan the crane or forklift for offloading.

Does it come with a spill pallet?
Yes. It includes a compact single IBC spill pallet, so the IBC sits over a bund inside the cabinet. We are confirming the exact sump volume of the pallet, so ask us if you need the litre figure for a compliance record.
How does it lock?
The double swing doors close with a three-point locking mechanism. That makes it far harder to force than a single latch and keeps the contents safe from tampering. Door vents let you check the IBC and keep air moving without opening the doors.
How is it delivered?
